Former Montgomery County GOP Chair Encourages "Bullet" Voting in Rockville Election

The Verity has obtained a letter sent to a Rockville residents, soliciting donations for Brigitta Mullican. This letter is signed by Dick Jurgena from Darnestown, Maryland. He is noted on the letter as a former Chairman of the Montgomery County Republican Party.
In the letter, he is encouraging residents to vote for only one candidate. The Rockville City Council has 5 council members and one Mayor, and "bullet" voting is legal.
Also in the letter, Mr. Jurgena states that he has worked with Brigitta on the campaign, and refers to her being:
[...]very supportive of our fight against the County and Rockville City's Sanctuary city policies.
It is unclear from the letter who "our" refers to.
